Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all users of the AnalyzAX app and services operated by Autoom Studio (AUTOOM STUDIO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED) ("we," "us," or "our"). This Policy is aligned with Autoom Studio's refund and cancellation policy standards and is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India.

By purchasing any plan or service from us, you agree to be bound by this Policy. Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • You have not used more than 1 evaluation from your purchased plan
  • You have not downloaded any reports from the purchased plan
  • The service was not delivered due to technical issues on our end
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase

Refunds are NOT available if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
  • You have used more than 1 evaluation from your purchased plan
  • You have downloaded any reports from the purchased plan
  • You have violated our Terms of Service
  • The refund request is made after the service has been fully utilized
  • You have received a discount or promotional offer that explicitly states "non-refundable"

3. Refund Process

Submit Refund Request

Send an email to connect@autoomstudio.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your account email address
  • Purchase transaction ID or receipt
  • Reason for refund request
  • Date of purchase

Review and Verification

We will review your request within 2-3 business days. We may contact you for additional information or clarification if needed.

Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Credit to Account:

Additional 3-5 business days (varies by bank/payment provider)

Total Timeline: Refunds typically take 10-15 business days from the date of approval to appear in your account.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Service Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at connect@autoomstudio.com. Upon cancellation:

  • Your account will be deactivated immediately
  • You will lose access to all paid features and reports
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations after the refund eligibility period

5.2 Evaluation Cancellation

You may cancel an ongoing evaluation at any time. However:

  • Cancelled evaluations do not count towards your plan limits
  • You can start a new evaluation at any time
  • Partial evaluation data may be saved for your reference

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the same card (5-7 business days)
  • UPI: Refunded to the same UPI account (3-5 business days)
  • Net Banking: Refunded to the same bank account (5-10 business days)
  • Digital Wallets: Refunded to the same wallet (3-7 business days)

If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method. Additional verification may be required.

7. Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. Partial refunds may be considered if:

  • You have used only a portion of your purchased plan
  • Technical issues prevented you from using the service as intended
  • There was a service disruption that significantly impacted your experience

Partial refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis and are subject to our review and approval.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Dispute the chargeback with relevant documentation
  • Pursue collection of any outstanding amounts

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback, as we are committed to resolving disputes amicably.

9. Consumer Protection Act, 2019 Compliance

This Policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India. As a consumer, you have the right to:

  • Receive accurate information about products and services
  • Be protected against unfair trade practices
  • Seek redressal against unfair or restrictive trade practices
  • File a complaint with the appropriate consumer forum if you are not satisfied with our resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in your jurisdiction.
