Welcome to AnalyzAX ("the Service"), operated by Autoom Studio (AUTOOM STUDIO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED) ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services.

AnalyzAX is an intelligent evaluation platform that helps businesses assess their needs and provides recommendations for AI automation solutions. The Service includes:

• Business evaluation questionnaires and assessments
• AI-powered analysis and recommendations
• Detailed reports and insights
• Service matching and recommendations
• Access to evaluation history and reports (based on your plan)

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by AUTOOM STUDIO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By purchasing a plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan
• Understand that all fees are one-time payments unless otherwise specified

All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) as specified. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect purchases already made. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AUTOOM STUDIO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred Indian Rupees (₹100), whichever is greater.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any information obtained through the Service

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at connect@autoomstudio.com.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. These Terms are compliant with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
